Inspiring a Community of Givers We are excited to announce that we are a proud participant in CanDo’s Napa Valley Give!Guide 2021! The Give!Guide supports Napa County nonprofits by raising funds and awareness, fostering collaboration, and cultivating an ever-larger community of givers. Matching funds opportunity: An UpValley Family Centers board member and their spouse will double your donation by matching the first $5,000 contributed to the UpValley Family Centers through CanDo's Give!Guide. Your support, and the support provided through the Give!Guide, means that our neighbors have a trusted ally to count on and a place to turn to when they need guidance. Upcoming Holiday Activities for Families - We hope to see you at the Calistoga Holiday Village on Friday, December 3rd from 4:00-7:00pm at Pioneer Park. Our Niños Activos program will have an ornament-making booth - be sure to stop by and make a special holiday ornament! - Join us at the St. Helena Fire Department for a Gingerbread House Decorating Party on Saturday, December 4th from 11:00am - 3:00pm. This event is FREE and open to all children ages 11 and under! Decorate your own gingerbread house and explore the fire station & engines. Free wood-fired pizza will be served for lunch. No RSVP necessary. - Don't miss our Youth Mentoring Program's float in this year’s Calistoga Lighted Tractor Parade on Saturday, December 4th from 7:00-8:00pm. Come out and cheer us on! - On Monday, December 13th we're hosting another opportunity to make Gingerbread Houses at the Calistoga Community Center at 10:00am. Housing is Key The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program covers 100% of unpaid rent and utilities for eligible renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19.
